Healthy Acadia will offer a free Freshstart tobacco cessation class beginning Fri Feb 15 at the Northeast Harbor Library. Sessions will meet from 2:30 to 3:30 pm for four weeks on Fridays. Whether you use cigarettes, vape products, smokeless tobacco or just want to support a friend as they quit their habit, you are welcome to participate.
