Did you know that perennial plants need to be divided every couple of years to avoid overcrowding and for optimal blooming? Not only is this simple practice great for the health of your plants, but it is also a low-cost way to extend your garden. Avid gardener Clifton Page will demonstrate how to properly divide your plants in this program at the Blue Hill Public Library on April 30 from 9 to 11 am. For more information, call the library at 374-5515.
