The Gouldsboro Historical Society is hosting a talk titled “Life at the Schoodic Navy Base – 1935-2002” on Monday, May 2, at 7 pm at the West Bay Church in Gouldsboro. The speaker will be Lt. Cmdr. David Phaneuf (retired), author of “Winter Harbor’s Naval History.” The public is invited and refreshments will be available.
