The Dorcas Library in Prospect Harbor is hosting a Steampunk Halloween party for the whole community on Saturday, Oct 29. The day includes a costume competition at 2 pm, a steampunk tea duel at 2:30 and autumn show & tell at 3:30 for writers, poets, artists, philosophers and crafters.
