Peggy Bowditch, a lifelong summer resident of Hancock Point, will be the featured presenter of the Hancock Historical Society’s next program on Friday, Sept 4, at 7 pm at the Community Center on Route 1. Bowditch will speak about the places she has lived, most notably her childhood years at Los Alamos during World War ll. Her father, grandfather and great-grandfather were all admirals in the Navy. The program is free and all are welcome.
