Health and Wellness in Ellsworth

Health and Wellness workshop is an in-person with an online option via zoom at the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center, 23 Commerce Park, Ellsworth. The Program is a holistic approach to creating a personal wellness plan focusing on emotional and spiritual wellness; physical activity; healthy diet; personal environment; and rejuvenation.  Starting February 6th this 6-week program will meet February 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th & March 6th, 13^th from 11:30 am to 1 pm.
