Maine Coast Memorial Hospital will be hosting a Free Health Education event on Heart Healthy Eating, Presented Amy Henderson MS, LD, RD of Maine Coast Diabetes and Nutrition Center on Monday, February 8th from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the MCMH Classroom (Door C). Healthy eating is just one of the ways to improve and maintain your heart health, and it can be just as delicious as it is good for you! Please call 664-5314 or register online at www.mainehospital.org to reserve a seat. We will be serving a heart healthy meal at this event, so registration is required!
