Searsport is famous for shipbuilding and ship captains. In collaboration with the Penobscot Marine Museum, the owners of the historic houses built by the captains and shipbuilders between 1860 and 1900 are opening their homes to the public for this very special historic house tour on Saturday, Aug 6, from 1 to 4 pm.  Tickets are $5 for museum members and $10 for nonmembers.
