A history walk will take place on Wednesday, June 29, from 10 to noon at the Edgar M Tennis Preserve in Deer Isle. Ann Hooke has been at the heart of Tennis Preserve stewardship for 20 years. You cannot walk here with anyone better informed about the natural history and human stories embedded in this 100-acre preserve. The program is being sponsored by Island Heritage Trust.
