Portions of the MDI YMCA will be closed at the end of summer. They will be dusting, painting, cleaning, & redoing the entire gym floor. Be prepared for dust, paint fumes, floor resurfacing fumes, & general disarray. There will be a partial Gym Closing for dusting – Monday 8/24 to Wednesday 8/26, Full Gym & Track closing for floor resurfacing – Thursday 8/27 to Monday 9/7. Pool will be closing for one day only; Tuesday 9/1. The Fitness Center will be closing for cleaning & painting Thursday 9/3 & Friday 9/4. Call the Y at 288-3511 for more information.
