Down East Family YMCA Fitness Director, Robin Clarke, tells us that the Y is holding an Instructor Workshop entitled “Country Heat Live!” on Friday, February 17th at the Y in Ellsworth.  This IS an accredited course, where you’ll earn fitness trainer CEUs.  Currently, there are only four spots available.  Deadline to register is Monday, Feb. 13th.
