The Island Quilter’s Annual Quilt Show is Sat May 23rd from 9 to 4 at the Somesville Fire Station. Come see a dazzling variety of quilts, wall hangings, handmade goods & sale items by area quilters. Raffle tickes will be sold for a queen-sized quilt to benefit Local Solutions, a nonprofit community-based project building lives for adults with special needs in the center of Bar Harbor. An admission charge of $3 includes a free potholder (while supplies last). For info call 288-3918.
