Light Pollution Talk at Southwest Harbor Public Library

Students from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Massachusetts will give a presentation at the Southwest Harbor Public Library Monday, July 25, at 5:30 pm about the work they have done studying light pollution in Southwest Harbor, Acadia National Park and other communities on Mount Desert Island.  All are invited to the library to learn more about what can be done to protect the night skies.
