“The Kindness Program” in Searsport is holding a Maine Lobster Roll Take Out on Saturday, August 1st from 4 to 6 at the Searsport First Congregational Church’s Curtis Hall. Each lobster roll is a quarter pound of fresh picked, local Maine Lobster meat, mixed with a touch of mayonnaise, served on a traditional hot dog style bun. It’s served with a bag of chips, pickle and a homemade Whoopie Pie!! Cost is $20.00 Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are strongly recommended. To do so, call Sandra at (207) 548-6530. All proceeds benefit “The Kindness Program,” serving the local community against food insecurity.
