For one night only, renowned magician Lyn Dillies brings the world of illusion alive with The Magic of Lyn for a fundraiser at The Grand on Friday, April 17^th at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $12 for Adults and $7 for Youth (12 and under). This event is sponsored by Machias Bank.

The Magic of Lyn is a show packed with illusions, tricks, and surprises. You’ll be spellbound as Lyn performs in a family friendly show designed to keep young and old on the edge of their seats. As a young girl, Dillies was fascinated by the feats performed by Bill Bixby on the seventies action-adventure television show “The Magician” week after week. From watching a show to entertaining her friends and families to traveling the country performing with full symphonies and materializing two elephants onstage, she has spent more than twenty years fulfilling her dream – the dream of sharing her love of magic with the world. And this dream has been acknowledged with recognition from her peers through such honors as being named America’s Premier Female Illusionist by the Society of American Magicians and becoming the 2009 Merlin Award Winner from the International Society of Magicians as Best Female Illusionist of the Year!
