Margaretta Days Festival in Machias

The 11th annual Margaretta Days Festival is scheduled for Saturday, June 13. from 8:30 to 4 pm at the University of Maine in Machias. The American Legion will start the day by hosting a blueberry pancake breakfast. The Sons of the American Revolution will lay a wreath on the monument in front of the Courthouse at 9:30. At 10, the parade will commence at Helen’s restaurant and go down Main Street to the bridge. Anyone who wishes is invited to make a float for the parade.
