Maine Coast Memorial Hospital will be hosting a FREE Community Health Forum “An Orthopedic’s Handbook to Arthritis and Bone Health” on Monday, April 13th from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the MCMH Classroom. Dr. Bruce Hamilton-Dick, Maine Coast Memorial Hospital’s new Orthopedic Surgeon, will offer advice on “getting old in the youngest way possible,” with the understanding that to be healthy your body must be treated as a complete system. If you have arthritis and are starting discussions about surgical intervention with your health care provider this event will offer further insight and a chance to ask questions as you make decisions about your care.
