Veterans, family, friends and the community are invited to commemorate the men & women who have died while serving our country at a traditional Memorial Day Ceremony in Bar Harbor. Join the Legion, Coast Guard, Fire Department and our nation’s veterans on Mon May 25th at 10am on the Bar Harbor Town Pier. The guest speaker is Maine State Senator Brian Langley. Coffee & donuts will be offered after the ceremony & before touring the Coast Guard ship. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held at the George Kirk American Legion Post at 70 Cottage Street in Bar Harbor. For info call Alf Anderson at 801-2566 ext 12.
