There will be a Memorial Day Parade in Franklin on Monday, May 31st lining up at 10:00 am starting at the Franklin Veteran’s Club & concluding at the town monument. Parade steps off at 10:30am. Anyone interested in participating in the parade is welcome to just show up and line up!! There will be a trailer available for those Veterans who would like to ride in the parade. The Franklin Memorial Day Service will be at 11am. A “by donation only” cookout follows at the Veteran’s Club, and the town ball field will be open for pickup ball games and they hope to have some other outside games available.
