Memorial Day Parade in Gouldsboro

The town of Gouldsboro will conduct its annual Memorial Day program at Prospect Harbor on Monday, May 25. A parade, featuring a color guard and the Sumner Memorial High School band, will start at Fisher Field at 9 a.m. and terminate in front of the Veterans Memorial, where Lt. Col. Catherine McLoud, USAF (retired), will present the keynote address. Sumner High School vocalists will perform and a wreath-laying ceremony will follow. Parade participants, including veterans, are asked to form up at Fisher Field starting at 8 a.m.
