Island Heritage Trust is hosting a walk led by mushroom expert David Porter on Wednesday, August 2 from 1 to 3 pm at Scott’s Landing Preserve in Deer Isle. Space is limited (limit of 12), so is pre-registration required. The cost is $5 for Island Heritage Trust members and $10 for nonmembers. For more information, call 348-2455.
