Join SNAP-Ed Nutrition Educator Nicole Gurreri, in collaboration with Ellsworth Public Library, for a one-hour virtual nutrition education session on Thursday, May 21, at 11 am. Participants will learn tips to choose healthy foods at the grocery store while sticking to their food budget. All participants will receive a $10 Hannaford gift card and a booklet of tips and tricks to shop, cook, and eat healthy on a budget. These items will be mailed to participants after the event. This special online session will take place using the Zoom platform, and participants will need to pre-register with Nicole by emailing [email protected].
