More than 40 private sellers will be offering deals on nearly-new and used outdoor equipment and sporting goods at the Friends of Acadia Community Outdoor Gear Sale and Swap set for Saturday, May 18, from 10 until 2 pm at Mount Desert Island High School on Route 233. Friends of Acadia will also have information about becoming a member and a table where attendees can learn more about opportunities to volunteer including working on trails in Acadia National Park.
