Linda Dinsmore tells us that Franklin’s Picnic in the Park & Festival event will be held on Sunday, August 23, from 11 to 3 pm at Franklin Historical Society Park on Route 182 in West Franklin. The event will include music, food and drinks, crafts and garden booths, games, activities and free books for kids.
