A pot luck supper in Southwest Harbor will help to raise money to assist Coast Guard families who are not getting paid during the partial government shutdown.  The supper is set for the American Legion in Southwest Harbor on Saturday the 26th from 5 to 10 PM. Community members from Mt. Desert Island are organizing the pot-luck supper and open mic night.
