“Protecting Our Trees” Program in Deer Isle

A program called “Protecting Our Trees” will be held on Monday, June 15, at 6:30 pm at Island Heritage Trust. Tony Aman, a licensed arborist and volunteer with the Maine Forest Service’s Forest Pest Outreach and Survey Program, and Colleen Teerling, state entomologist, will discuss invasive tree insects threatening our forests.
