Raffle for SPCA

The SPCA of Hancock County is holding a raffle to raise funds for the shelter, which helps hundreds of animals each year. Top prize is a sleek new Piaggio Liberty 50S scooter, donated by Stanley Subaru. Other prizes include gift certificates, an Amazon tablet and more. Tickets are $20 or three for $50, available through the SPCA or Stanley Subaru. Drawing is August 15th. You do not need to be present to win.
