As part of the Southwest Harbor Public Library’s January film series, a special preview screening of “Rhythms of the Heart,” by Southwest Harbor filmmaker Thom Willey, will be shown on Wednesday, Jan 13, at 6 pm at the library.
The documentary film depicts Passamaquoddy canoe and basket craftsman David Moses Bridges and his journey to preserve family, life and tradition while facing a life threatening illness. The film may also be viewed online at www.vimeo.com/ondemand/rhythmsoftheheart as part of a fundraiser for Bridges and his family.
