Surry Community Organizations and Activities Night

The Surry Community Improvement Association (SCIA) is hosting a Surry Community Organizations and Activities Night on Monday, Oct 5. This informational meeting will highlight some of the things going on in the community. There will be presentations about the efforts to provide a community center, the progress of the fish ladder, efforts to save the old school and activities at the Surry Concert Barn, among others. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Surry Elementary School on North Bend Road. SCIA meetings are open to the public.
