TGIF Lesson and Dance in Ellsworth

The next T.G.I.F. Lesson and Dance is scheduled for Friday, Feb 19. To beat the winter “blahs,” a beach party theme continues to warm the spirit. There is a West Coast swing dance lesson at 6:30 pm with a social dance that follows from 7:30 until 9:20. Music is DJ’d with song mixes for a variety of dance styles and tastes. The cost of the event is only $5.
There is a BYOS (snack to share) table with lemonade as refreshment; sorry, no alcohol. A partner is not necessary. An extra, carry-in pair of shoes that slide on wood floors is recommended. The Moore Community Center can be found off of 125 State St., across from the park. Enter in from the side parking lot, into the blue section of the building. There is an attendant plus signs that will direct you to the theater space.
