The last film in Southwest Harbor Public Library’s January film series will be a re-showing of Peter Logue’s documentary “The Search for the White Rose” on Wednesday, Jan 27, at 6 pm. Amidst the horror of the Third Reich, five university students and their professor formed a clandestine resistance against the Nazis. Seventy years later, Logue traveled to Munich to learn about their resistance movement and the legacy that they left behind.
