The Village Health and Wellness Group will be holding a clinic at the Northeast Harbor Library on Saturday, March 19, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The theme of the month is “Play!”
We often forget in our busy lives, the importance and necessity of play. As children, this is our primary method of learning, of exploring, of growth. Yet as adults we seem to forget to take time to “play” or even how to “play.” Some of the offerings will include: Energetic Bodywork, Reiki, Massage, Presence in Healing, Art for Fun and Healing, Herbal Medicine and more. Sign-up is on the day of the clinic on a first come, first served basis. The cost is by donation, which benefits the Village and Wellness Network.
