Maine’s humorist Tim Sample is coming to the Milbridge Elementary School on Friday, Aug 12 for a show and auction of artwork to benefit the Milbridge Theatre. Sample will serve as auctioneer and provide a show throughout the evening. Auction items include locally inspired artwork including miniature wooden paddles painted by established Maine artists and celebrities from across the Downeast area. The Auction/Show is being held in the gym located at 39 Washington St. and begins at 6 pm. Doors open at 5 for seating and auction preview. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door.
