“Weathering Shame” Talk at Ellsworth Public Library

“Weathering Shame” authors Kevin Mannix and Linda Rota will be at the Ellsworth Public Library on Thursday, Oct 8, at 6 pm. In the book, the authors share their life experiences, lessons, struggles and feelings of shame and the stigma that resulted from growing up exposed to alcoholism, severe depression and suicide.
