Bucksport’s Wednesday on Main events series continues through September with a music documentary film series at the Alamo Theatre. Showing on Wednesday, Sept 12, at 6:30 pm is “Standing in the Shadows of Motown.” Celebrate the amazing Funk Brothers, the uncredited and largely unheralded studio musicians behind nearly every hit in the Motown playbook.
