Event Navigation
The Wild Gardens of Acadia are now open daily from dawn until dusk. The gardens were created in 1961 and are maintained by volunteers. The gardens include more than 400 plant species, all indigenous, in 13 sections designed to represent natural plant communities found within Acadia National Park, and early season blooms are visible now, with rare yellow Ladyslippers expected in the next few weeks.
Cost is $35 unless you have a pass for Acadia Park.
