Yoga for Kids in Tremont

Kids ages 6-10 are invited to join Auntie Om at Pacific Hall in Tremont for an afternoon of movement and mindfulness, combining songs, props and games along with yoga instruction on Wed Feb 26 at 3:30 pm. Each participant leaves with meditation beads and coloring pages to take home. Yoga mats will be provided. For more information, call 244-3798 or email [email protected].
