Down East Family YMCA Fitness Director, Robin Clarke, tells us that the Y is holding an Instructor Workshop entitled "Country Heat Live!" on Friday, February 17th at the Y in Ellsworth.  This IS an accredited course, where you'll earn fitness trainer CEUs.  Currently, there are only four spots available.  Deadline to register is Monday, Feb. 13th.

The Southwest Harbor Fire Association is sponsoring a baked bean and casserole dinner on Saturday, Feb 11,  from 4:30 to 7 pm at the Southwest Harbor fire station.
