Parade in Brooklin
The Brooklin Independence Day parade happens on Monday, July 5th, beginning at 10 am, and stepping off from the old Odd Fellows Hall. And to warm up the crowd, the Brooklin Town Band starts up the music at 9:15 in front of the Friend Memorial Library.

Flash! in the Pans Concert in Stonington
The Flash in the Pans steel drum band will perform Monday, July 5th from 7:30-9 p.m. at the Stonington Ball Field. Proceeds benefit the Island Community Center. For more information, visit flashinthepans.org.
