Beginning Dec 1st, year-end discounted Acadia National Park passes are on sale once again at the Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce office.   These are on a first-come, first-serve basis, with 1,000 passes available.  Cash or check only at the Chamber Office, 151 High Street, Monday through Friday from 9 to 4:30.

The Amherst-Aurora Church will hold its annual Christmas craft fair on Saturday, Dec. 4, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Airline Community School on the Great Pond Road in Aurora. Admission is free, and sellers can rent tables for 10-dollars. For more information, call Ken or Nona Silsby at 584-5642.

Ella Lewis School in Steuben are holding a Craft Fair, bake sale, and 50/50 raffle on December 4th from 9-1.  There is still space for vendors and they should call Deb Bisson the school secretary at 546-2430 if they'd like to reserve a space.

The 41st Annual Downtown Ellsworth Christmas Parade happens on Saturday, December 4th. Longtime parade organizer Thelma Beal will be grand marshal this year. Line-up begins at 10am on Upper Main Street; the parade steps off at 11.
