Opera House Arts presents the dark comedy play "World Builders" on stage at the historic Stonington Opera House each remaining evening at 7:30pm in through August 28th. Tickets are $25 for adults and are available in advance at: opera house arts - dot - org.

The 2022 Bucksport Arts Festival is taking place Friday the 19th and Saturday the 20th from 10 to 5 daily on the Bucksport waterfront. There'll be fine arts and crafts, vendors, music and food. Admission is free. Check out "Bucksport Arts Festival" on Facebook for more info.

On Friday, August 19th,the Wendell Gilley Museum in Southwest Harbor presents its nature workshop, "Awesome Owls" for ages 10 and up from 10:30 to noon at the museum.  Space is limited, so registration is required at: wendell gilley museum - dot - org.

On Friday August 19th, the City of Ellsworth sponsors another of its free Summer Waterfront Concerts featuring singer "Phoenix." The show begins at 6pm at Ellsworth Harbor Park.
