Jumbo Jackpot in Ellsworth
The Ellsworth Chamber is offering a $2500 cash prize to the winner of this year’s Autumn Gold Jumbo Jackpot. Tickets are $10 each, and only 500 will be sold. Winner will be announced on Monday, September 27th. Get your tickets at the Ellsworth Chamber Office in the Reny’s shopping plaza, or from Chamber members.

An evening of music from jazz to reggae happens Friday afternoon (9/24) as New Shades of Blue performs at the Gouldsboro Town Park beginning at 4 p.m. Suggested donation is $15 per person. The Winter Harbor Masonic Lodge is hosts a spaghetti dinner on the last Friday of every month, and it happens again this coming Friday (9/24). The pasta is served up from 5-6:30 p.m., and the cost is $9 for adults and $5 for children. This month’s supper will help raise funds for the Schoodic National Scenic Byway’s Kids Quest Guide.

Central Hall’s Ladies Public Improvement Society is holding its last yard sale of the year on Saturday, Sept. 25, and Sunday, Sept. 26, at 306 Falls Bridge Road in South Blue Hill.
