Seacoast Fair in Prospect Harbor
The Prospect Harbor United Methodist Church's Seacoast Fair is scheduled for Saturday, July 15, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Seacoast Fair is comprised of a bake sale and a silent auction. Our bake sale will have over 30 pies. In addition to that, we will be other baked goods and hot dogs. This year we are adding a Marifax Baked Bean Takeout meal. There will be a "Pajama, Storytime, Sing-A-Long" for children ages 3-8, from the local area. The fun time will be lead by Lizzie Meier at 53 Main Street in Cherryfield at the Cherryfield Academy Community Center on July 20th, 6:30-7:00 pm. Each third Friday throughout the summer, join docent Joseph Greeley at the Jonathan Fisher House in Blue Hill (44 Mines Road) for an outdoor cooking demonstration of a historical recipe and technique.
