The Southwest Harbor-Tremont Ambulance Service is hosting a mini-golf tournament,Saturday, June 24th. Everyone's invited to play between 2 and 9 pm at the new Golf of Maineon Main Street in Southwest Harbor. See the Service's new ambulance, and meet EMSproviders while you enjoy music, raffles, and food for purchase. Cost is 20-dollars per playeror 60-dollars for a team of four. Girls and women between the ages of 11 and 20 are invited to a Girls' Evening Out,sponsored by the Ellsworth Assembly of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls.There'll be hair and nail art, rock painting, bracelet and earring making, along with guestspeakers. It happens Wednesday, June 28 at 6 pm at the Ellsworth Masonic Hall, located at21 Carriage Road, just off the Bucksport Road in Ellsworth.

The Jonathan Fisher House in Blue Hill is now open for tours for the season. Come visit Wednesdays through Saturdays from 1-4 p.m., with special outdoor tours of the orchard offered one Saturday of each month, on July 8, August 4th, and September 2nd. House tours have a suggested donation of $10; orchard visits are free, although donations are gratefully accepted. The Jonathan Fisher House is located at 44 Mines road in Blue Hill.
