Children’s Program in SE Harbor
The Southwest Harbor Public Library is holding a Children's Program at the library on Tuesday, August 16th starting at 3pm. The Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes businesses in the Ellsworth area to be participate this year's annual Autumn Gold decorating contest. There are two categories - window or storefront and the theme is "Coastal Fall." Deadline to enter is Wed. Sept 14th and judging takes place on Sat. Sept. 17th. The Wendell Gilley Museum is holding a Birdhouse Building Workshop at the museum with naturalist Rich MacDonald on Friday, August 19th from 1:30 to 3:30 for ages 10 and up.
