Asian Cooking Class in Winter Harbor

Helen Chen will bring her culinary skills in Asian cooking to Winter Harbor with a demonstration on stir-frying on Thursday, July 12 at 6:30 pm at the Masonic Hall. This year’s menu will include Mandarin Chicken and Eggplant Pork Stir-Fry, with a meatless version as well.  A tasting will follow the cooking demonstration. Space is limited, so reservations are required. The $35 cost will help support the Winter Harbor Public Library’s programs.
