The Henry D. Moore Library and Community Center in Steuben will present the Minor Characters Band at the second winter concert and art 2 to 4 pm on Sunday, Feb 11. The artist will be Elizabeth Dyak, showing her unique and varied paper creations. Minor Characters is a Washington County, Maine-based band that plays gypsy jazz, tangos, waltzes and other tunes and songs in mostly minor keys.
