On Saturday, Dec 17, from 10 to noon, the Unitarian Universalist Church of Ellsworth at 121 Bucksport Road will host its annual Cookie Walk. All are invited to come and peruse tables of homemade cookies (including some gluten-free cookies) and to purchase small or large boxes to fill for a fee. In addition to holiday cookies, there will be small boxes of homemade confections for sale. A holiday basket filled with baked goodies and a refurbished Kitchen Aide mixer will be raffled off (tickets $1 each or 6 for $5). Information: 667-4393 or office@uuellsworth.org.
