The 2018 Ellsworth Winter Carnival is scheduled for Saturday, Feb 10, from 9 to 2 pm. Events will include cardboard sled races at the Woodlawn Museum at 10 am (registration at 9), snowmobile sleigh rides around the Woodlawn property, plus activities at the Knowlton Park ice rink from noon-2 pm. Ice rink activities will include public skating, human bowling and a snow sculpture contest. There will also be fireworks at Ellsworth High School at 6 pm.
