Food, Foliage and Friends in Ellsworth

You’ve heard that Frenchman Bay Conservancy is raising the funds to buy a remarkable property along the Union River for a new river trail and connection to Birdacre.  Enjoy a sneak peak of this property on Sunday, Oct 1 from 1 to 3 pm and enjoy fresh cider and doughnuts and a walk through the woods to the Union River.  If you’d like to use the apple press to make cider to take home, bring your own apples and containers.  The event will take place at the Jordan Homestead Property off of Bayside Road in Ellsworth (located on the west side of Bayside Road about .25 miles north of the intersections of Bayside and Beechland Roads).
